Signup Information

Fill in the signup form with accurate and correct information for KYC validation and verification.

KYC Verification Requirement

No transactions will be processed without KYC confirmation.

KYC verification is usually completed within 15–30 minutes after our backend team reviews the submitted documents and confirms that the information is correct.

Sell USDT Order Processing

Due to bank transfer limits for new users' bank accounts (NEFT/RTGS):

  • Transactions below ₹2,00,000 are usually processed within 15 minutes.
  • Transactions above ₹2,00,000 may require NEFT/RTGS processing from the bank counter, which may take 1–4 hours or up to 24 hours for new users.

Service Availability

Our service is available 24/7 for existing users, even outside regular business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, GMT +5:30).

Exchange deals must be confirmed through WhatsApp or Telegram chat at +91-9248136636 after placing a proper exchange order.

Cash Deposits Not Allowed

Cash deposits into our bank account or through Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) are strictly not allowed.

Email Spam Filters

We are not responsible if you miss our emails due to spam filters or priority inbox settings in your personal email services (e.g., BOXME or similar services).

Sell USDT Payment Processing

For Sell USDT orders, your bank payment will be processed only after the USDT TRC20 transfer is successfully confirmed on the TRON network.

Fraudulent Activity

Uploading fake payment proofs (USDT transfers or bank payment proofs) will result in permanent account banning from our exchange platform.
